After graduating from Salisbury University in Maryland with a Bachelor's Degree in Creative Writing, receiving her Masters of Fine Arts in Poetry from Converse College in South Carolina, and earning her Interior Design certification, Leslie launched her real estate career working as an Executive Assistant for a team in Tennessee, which she helped grow from 3 agents to 14. Today, she brings her eye for design, industry expertise, and service-driven approach to Boston Reid & Co. of Compass, where she manages each client transaction from start to finish. Whether you’re searching for your first home or buying your third, Leslie will be there to help you navigate the nuanced transaction process with cutting-edge communication, unrivaled attention to detail, and seamless customer support.

When she’s not going above and beyond for her clients, you can find Leslie riding horses, playing tennis, organizing and decorating rooms, working on poetry, experimenting with recipes in the kitchen, or spending time with her boyfriend and friends. A native of Cambridge, MD, she also loves digging into a good old-fashioned crab feast and cheering on her home team, the Baltimore Ravens!
